Urban Facility Services began trading in 1996 as Urban Cleaning & Facilities Group. In 2001, Urban merged with Cleanease Solutions and the name was changed in 2008 to reflect the diversification of the business over the past few years.
Facilities management has developed rapidly over the past 10 years with property owners and developers wanting to outsource this diverse component of their investment.
Nowadays, Urban Facility Services is as diversified as the industry itself with contracts in major office and apartment buildings throughout the Melbourne metropolitan area. The scope of service includes asset management, commercial cleaning and maintenance, essential services and property management.
Urban Facility Services is active in sponsorship of local and national causes including sports clubs, organisations for disadvantaged and disabled persons and fund-raising projects administered by such organisations as The Lion's Club and Rotary Club.
